We do our best to help riders find the right horse-riding program that fits their needs. And sometimes we are simply not a good fit for a rider—be it goals, budgets, or other needs that we simply can’t meet. For these riders, we have done the difficult job of picking through the many quality horse riding schools in Ocala, Fl to come up with some recommendations.
"We instill an atmosphere of hard work, fun, camaraderie, and adventure. Our program is designed to set up each student to become all they dream to be as a rider, and we constantly push our students to go to new levels to achieve their goals. Whether horse or human, we take time to design a training program that will advance the horse or rider. At shows, we have the opportunity to compete and show off our skills, and it helps our riders see the connection between their hard work and success. We use natural horsemanship methods in our program and horse handling and teach this to our students. We also host guest instructors in dressage and natural horsemanship." Megan Galloway, Eden Farms' main riding instructor, is a USHJA-certified trainer.

It hosts many fundraising and awareness events, such as the Ann Romney visit in June of 2012, the 2013 MTRA Charity Auction, our 35th Anniversary event, many clinics, and PATH workshops and certifications."
"Luciano is an international equestrian instructor and competitive showjumper whose approach to the sport is based on commitment and self-discipline. As the owner of Cavalia Stables, he is in charge of horse training, stable management of their 33-acre farm, and horse trip planning. Luciano coaches the responsibility riders share for the care of horses and their surroundings and the importance of genuine dedication to the sport, especially for competitive showjumping. The Cavalia Stables Jumping Team competes in major (AA-rated and FEI circuits) events throughout the United States."

Although I could certainly mention many more horse riding schools in Ocala, Florida. These 5 stand out to me. Especially if you are looking for western, hunter-jumper, or therapeutic-type riding centers. But, of course, before you decide on a horse riding school, do your homework. Be informed. And think long-term.
